These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of digital licence keys from KeyBuy. By placing an order you accept them.
1. About us
KeyBuy is an independent reseller of digital software licence keys. We are not Microsoft and we are not an authorised Microsoft partner. Product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
2. Products
Everything we sell is a digital licence key delivered by email. We do not ship physical goods or installation media. Where a product page names an edition or a device count, that is what the licence covers.
3. Orders
Your order is accepted when we send you the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price, if stock is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
4. Prices
Prices are shown on each product page in the currency displayed. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already accepted. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
Keys are emailed to the address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter a correct address and to be able to receive our email. See our delivery page.
6. Your responsibilities
- Check that a product suits your system before buying.
- Keep your key confidential. A key that has been shared or published cannot be replaced.
- Use the licence in line with the software publisher's own licence terms.
7. Refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website belongs to KeyBuy or its licensors. Trademarks shown belong to their respective owners.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you order is the version that applies to your order.
