- Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Support messages: what you send us when you contact us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies and our store platform.

Legal basis
We process order and delivery data to perform our contract with you, fraud prevention and service improvement on the basis of our legitimate interests, and invoice retention to comply with a legal obligation. Where we rely on consent, such as marketing email, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data only with parties that help us run the store: our e-commerce platform, our payment provider, our email provider and our accountant. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Support messages are kept while they are useful and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or ask us to transfer it. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
