A Confirmation ID is the code that completes phone activation for Windows or Office. If you cannot call, you can sometimes obtain it through Microsoft's online activation service.
Step 1 — Get your Installation ID
For Windows, press Windows + R, type slui 4 and press Enter, then choose your country. For Office, start activation and choose the telephone option. Either way you will be shown an Installation ID.
Step 2 — Use Microsoft's activation service
Open Microsoft's online activation page in a browser and enter the Installation ID exactly as shown, in the same groups.
Step 3 — Enter the Confirmation ID
Copy the Confirmation ID you receive back into the activation wizard and complete activation.
If no Confirmation ID is issued
The key may have reached its activation limit or may be faulty. Contact us with your order number and the Installation ID and we will check it.
