Delivery
Every product sold by KeyBuy is a digital licence key. Nothing is physically shipped.
- Your key is sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
- Delivery normally takes under two minutes after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery may take longer if a payment requires manual review.
- No shipping address is required and no delivery charge applies.
If your key has not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact us with your order number.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. The available payment methods are shown to you during checkout and depend on your country.
Your payment details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by KeyBuy.
Currency and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page. Any tax that applies to a digital sale in your country is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Invoices
An invoice is emailed to you with your order confirmation. If you need it reissued, contact us.
